Pack of 4
- 300 g plain sugar-free yoghurt
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 2 tbsp 100% peanut butter, no xylitol or added sugar
- Mix the yoghurt, mashed banana and peanut butter into a smooth cream.
- Pour into silicone moulds, leaving room for the stick.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, ideally overnight.
- Unmould just before delivery and keep in an insulated cooler with ice packs.
Expected result: Creamy, ice-cream-like texture (not a hard ice block), beige-yellowish colour, can be licked/bitten without splintering.
Storage: Freezer, up to 1 month. Once thawed, consume immediately. Not suitable for shipping.
