Apple and oat cookies

Naturally sweet-smelling cookie with grated apple and an optional touch of cinnamon.

  • 2 seedless apples, grated
  • 250 g oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional, minimal amount)
  1. Mix the grated apple with the egg.
  2. Add the oat flour until a firm dough forms.
  3. Roll out, cut with a cookie cutter and bake 20-25 minutes at 160°C.
  4. Dry inside the switched-off oven until no moisture remains in the centre.

Expected result: Naturally sweet aroma, light toasted colour, crunchy texture; check there's no apple moisture left in the centre.

Storage: Airtight container 2-3 weeks (apple adds more moisture, check beforehand in case it softens).

Contains egg and oats.
