Fluffy banana donuts with a yoghurt and fresh blueberry glaze, very eye-catching.

Pack of 8
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 200 g oat flour
- Strained natural yoghurt for the glaze
- Fresh blueberries to decorate (minimal amount)
- Mix the banana, eggs and flour.
- Fill the donut mould.
- Bake at 160°C for 15-18 minutes.
- Let cool, dip the top in the thick yoghurt and decorate with 2-3 blueberries per donut.
Expected result: Fluffy donut, shiny white glaze, very eye-catching presentation.
Storage: Fridge, 2-3 days. Not suitable for shipping.
