Carrot and apple dog birthday cake

• 150 g grated carrot
• 1 grated apple
• 2 eggs
• 200 g oat flour
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Topping: 150 g plain sugar-free Greek yoghurt, strained through cheesecloth until thick

1. Oven at 160°C, greased tin.
2. Mix the grated carrot and apple with the eggs and oil.
3. Add the oat flour until a cake-like batter forms.
4. Pour into the tin and bake for 30-35 minutes (a skewer should come out clean).
5. Let it cool completely before topping.
6. Cover with the thick, strained Greek yoghurt, smoothing with a spatula.
7. Decorate with pieces of carrot or mini cookies as "candles".
