Turmeric and sardine joint-care cookies

• 1 small tin of sardines in water (no salt or oil), drained and mashed
• 250 g oat flour
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)

1. Mash the sardines.
2. Mix with the egg, turmeric and pepper.
3. Add the flour until a workable dough forms.
4. Roll out, cut and bake 25 minutes at 160°C.
5. Dry inside the switched-off oven.

Contains fish (sardine) and egg.
