Mint and parsley dental cookies

• 250 g oat flour
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves
• 100 g grated, drained courgette

1. Mix the egg, drained courgette, parsley and mint.
2. Add the flour until a firm dough forms.
3. Roll into elongated shapes (helps the "brushing" effect while chewing).
4. Bake at 160°C for 25-30 minutes.
5. Dry inside the switched-off oven.
